Why the message window is invisble

    Hi
I faced an issue for windows7.

I have a software names DSM which is produced by CA(computer assoicates), with the software, some pacakge can be executed via System account. The wierd thing is the package has the message window, but I cannot see it (I am logged in a admin account), what I can see is the pacakge is in the process list.

Does anybody can tell me how I can see the message in my current logged accout?

Thanks, I am waiting online for the answers

    Ethan

Forgot to say, I am using the Windows 7 32Bit professional.

I have been chasing the root cause for 2 weeks full time, I always thinking it is the system configuraiton, but for now I know it isn't. It should be the windows security settings, we cannot change it to achieve my goal. There is a patch for the DSM software which could make the message visible.

    Thanks everyone.
