If you know how to maintain your pc, then products like these aren't necessary, however, I do use their defrager!

I use Auslogics - Download Auslogics BoostSpeed 4

Auslogics boost speed contains number of tweaks that will make your job easy.

My advice is not to use any of them. Registry cleaners and "optimizers" do more harm than good, believe me.
If you don't believe me go ahead and then wait for the first malfunctioning application.
