Windows 7: .netFramework and Ugrade Advisor ?

.netFramework and Ugrade Advisor ?

I am trying to run a pgm named 'FileToFolder'
and it tells me I need to install '.netFramework,Version=v4.0' before it will run.
I am quite sure i used to have it, but RevoInstall says no more.
So I thought i would run the 'windows 7 upgrade Advisor'.
But i can't find anything in the Help on 'How to run windows 7 upgrade Advisor '.
And then after i run it, which version of .net should i install?
.NET Framework, Version=v4.0, Profile=Client
.NET Framework, Version=v4.0
.NET Framework, Version=v4.0.1, Profile=Client
.NET Framework, Version=v4.0.1

And in what sequence?

I am running win7 home premium with sp1.
