    cpu-id and pc wizard

How many of you use them or one?I can't get either one to work for me on vista or 7.Could just be my laptop, idk.Works fine on my xp tower.
Did anyone else have trouble geting it to work, but fixed it?
I'd really like to know what you did for the fix.
Mine keeps freezing at 63% when reading PSU.And I have to shut my laptop off to stop the program.

These programs are based on CPU-ID System Information Development Kit.
Check here if your hardware is compatible.

Also, you can try to spot errors with Event Viewer.
Open the Start Menu, and type eventvwr.msc in the search box and press enter.
If prompted by UAC, then click on Yes (Windows 7) or Continue (Vista).
In the left pane of Event Viewer, double click on Windows Logs to expand it, then right click on System and check for errors (see screenshot). If no related errors will be in System, please check Application section.

Please post description of errors occurred within the described time of those programs starting.
