is there a software program that can read binary execution data on a computer? i mean i know if i have source i can view c, c++, python; etc. i use hex to edit hexadecimal, or at least i have it in case i ever need to, but i've never heard of a binary execution reading/monitoring program. i was hoping there was something like wireshark out there that could monitor binary values.
