Press Windows button and R on the keyboard simultaneously , it will open the Run window. type msconfig and hit enter ... you will get the system configuration window . Click on the start up tab (before last) .... there should be an entry for facebook blaster. Uncheck it , apply and ok .
Now restart .... and report back whether it is still making the browser auto start or not .

That seems to be a flooder ??
First,you have installed it as program(software, .exe file) or you have installed it as plug-in for your browser ?
If it's installed as .exe file,try searching it in Programs and Features,or try it with Revo Uninstaller.
If it's installed as plug-in go to Manage Addons and remove it from there(if it's there)
