Hello I just climbed up the ladder to win 7 and I can't really find the Java that goes with 7 as certain things from the net require you have it on your system can someone help. Thanks

Yes I have tried this site, but others say there is no Java for win7, I had it installed on my system but when I use mp3 rocket etc. the program fails and comes back to java. Please anymore advice on this issue. Thank you

Tom, you may want to go back to the first link given by Golden:

java.com: Java + You

Under the big red Free Java Download button in smaller print is a link to "Do I have Java?" Let Java scan your machine and see what the results are. If the scan says your machine doesn't have Java installed you should then get the option to install Java Version 6 Update 26. If the scan says you already have a previous version of Java installed, you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > left click Java to highlight it > Uninstall.
