windows live not syncing subfolders

I am trying to sync a Folder and all its subfolders between two computers. The upper folder show a mofified date that is consistant with what I expect but not all subfolders. and the data in the subfolders are not up to date.
The upper folder size is 750mb well with in the size limit.

Any help would be appreciated/

Windows Live Mesh? All the latest Windows Live programs are not available for XP. Try removing the folders off sync and re-adding them.

Well... Would you like to try another service that does syncing? You can try Dropbox, or SugarSync.
