MSN Live Messenger/Browser Problem

Hiya;

I'm having a problem recently.
It happened 2 days ago, and I can't for the life of me figure out what happened.
I even rolled back to a restore point 14 days ago, and nothing.

This is happening to the internet as well, whenever MSN fixes itself. It's a continuous cycle between the two.
Whenever MSN gets fixed, FireFox does this, whenever FireFox gets fixed, MSN does this, etc, in a repeated cycle.

This -ONLY- affects FireFox6 and MSN Live Messenger.

Everything within the window becomes like a washed out water painting.
Any help would be great!

EDIT: My graphics card driver is updated to August 2011's driver from ATI.
I figured this was my problem, so I rolled back to the previous driver, it didn't work.
So I uninstalled that driver and put on a driver from 2010, and still nothing.
I can play ALL my games fine, so it isn't a hardware problem stemming from my GPU as well.
