    Update attachment in PDF editor

    Hello all,

I am using Nitro pdf yet there is limitation about attachment. Nitro pdf could not update the attach file. It only shows the attachment of the data that is first created. What I need is .. for instance , I create MS exel, MS word or other file types at 9 September and attach in PDF editor then modify the original file at 10 September and would like the PDF editor to update and show the attachment of 10 September data , are there any PDF editor offer such feature , please ? Absolutely, freeware is the most favorable.

Edit : Normally, the original files will be attached to different locations in nitro pdf and some take more than 20 places or much more ;thus, re-attachment is quite impractical, are there any suggestions to organize those files, please ?

Hopefully ,there is somebody know such program or could advise how to organize such file.

    Regards,

I tried ‘New link’ ribbon in nitro pdf , navigate to the word or image which want to be link to the data files , chose ‘open file ’ check box then navigate to the file.

The link is also support linking media file through nitro pdf , tried opening .mp3, .mp4 and .flv all file is accessible flawlessly yet with the limitation of opening Arabic file name which needed to change/rename prior to linkage. I suspect that all file types could be linked through ‘New link’ -> ‘open file’ option .

In case of having popup error “there is no application associated with the given file name extension” while linking to the media file , try resetting the media default and check file association in control pane together with update to the latest version of the media player ( in my case VLC) , the problem should be sorted out.

Just FYI to anybody whoever have the same problem. :)

    Regards,
