    Windows Live Essentials 2011

    Hello Seven Forums,

I started out with Win7Pro that just had Windows Live Mail. Then came along Windows Live Mail Essentials 2011 which reported to the greatest thing since the wheel. However I really do not like the program, especialy the NAG to long into Windows Live using my ID etc. I have not been able to remove that NAG so I want to remove the essentials part but KEEP the garden variety of Windows Live Mail. 6 moths ago I did this but it removed windows live mail so had to download it from Microsoft and re-install it, so I would like a better uninstall so as to keep windows live Mail only. Can anyone suggest a simple way to do that. I have exported what messages I want to keep along with my address book.

I would appreciate any help with this. I have another question but is unrelated so will post another message for that question.

Windows seven forum has been a great help to me in the past, thanks to all.

You download Windows Live Mail as a single application here: Windows Live Mail 2011

It'll download the installer first then you just need to click "Choose the programs you want to install", and then deselect the apps you don't want.

its the same method as above to remove non essentials.
go to control panel ,program and features then uninstall live essentials you will be prompted which elements to uninstall.
