looking for a good HTTP/FTP server

HI, i am looking for a Good HTTP/FTP Server
It needs to support the following
- PHP
- .htaccess(or similar)
I don't want to use apatchie
It needs to run on Windows Server 2003
and i don't want to use the iis manager in windows sever

I know it is a lot

I myself use "Apache HTTP Server 2.2.16" with "PHP 5.2.14"
works fine and is open source.

FTP and HTTP servers are completely different peices of software.

For a windows FTP server try filezilla server.
