Screen Cap Program won't install...arrrghh

I've been trying to install this Screen Capture program on Windows7 x64, it won't install. I installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Re-distributables but that doesn't work either.

I cannot help you get it installed but I tried to do it and it worked for me when it asked to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Re-distributables I did it and then it asked to install the program it all worked fine, so I guess all I'm really saying is it will install.
