    Administrator error message

I installed this program I have had for many years Dart CD recorder. when I click the shortcut icon I get this error message...The first time you run this program you must have administrative privileges. Can anyone tell me how to get the privileges so I can make the program run, Thanks

The "run as administrator" works. but then some shortcuts
have an option to always run as administrator. you can go to properties
of the shortcut and select the option. this makes it permanent.

I only needed to run as Administrator once, and that right click worked, I remember doing it a couple of years ago for some other program. Thanks to both of you for your help.

I have an issue with adobe acrobat 7 pro.
It errors out saying that I need administrator privileges. I have them, there is only one account - me.
when i right click on the program, there is no "run as administrator" option.
all the other programs in my adobe CS2 have the "run as administrator".
    How can I fix this?
    thanks for your help!
