Kinda hard to find free AVs for server. In the past people reported acceptable results with these:

1. Rising Antivirus Free Edition - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com

2. My Free Antivirus zum Download auf Freeware.de

3. Free Antivirus for Windows - Open source GPL virus scanner

In the case of #1, it used to work on Server 2003 but now only lists server 2008. However, other forum threads indicate it still works with server 2003. Your milage may vary.

#2 is a German product. Roughly translated it protects against internet threats such as viruses, trojans and worms. It also has automatic updates to its data base to keep new threats from harming you.
