    Windows 7 - I'm looking for Opinions on free burning software


    DVD Author Plus is totally free, easy to use and works perfectly. You can backup to ISO, copy DVD to DVD and burn ISO files. It will also burn video DVDs from your video files with a drag-and-drop interface. Download here:

    If the OP would give more details what the goal is that may save a lot of guessing. There's burning CD,VCD,SVCD,DVD,Blu-Ray, data discs, video formats. The question is pretty vague. Imgburn will burn all those formats. But it won't convert for you. Also I'm curious what kb3 is. I haven't found it in any search.

    For CD burning CDBurnerXP is probably the easiest. I haven't done Nero since 6.x so I'll let a user of the more recent versions speak about it.

    Sorry for the late reply, work has been hetic. I'm using it for various reasons. ISO burning, ripping cd's, making Cd's, Blu-Ray/DVD making, backing up ect.
