how do i route different websites to different network devices

Hi there
i am looking for software the routes different websites to different network devices

i have tethered my phone to my computer for Facebook at work, witch is blocked, and the work internet for everything else, how do i route Facebook to go through my phone and other stuff to go through the work net, automatically, without having to connect and disconnect network devices

I don't you can really do that...the closest you can come to a solution would be to use a web proxy or VPN software to go around the Facebook block and access it through your work Internet. Mind you, if they discover a VPN connection they won't be happy at all - so I'm not actually suggesting you do this.

i have alredy tried, they have blocked all the vpn/proxys i know

Also, all vpn ports are bloked
