I'd agree with CCleaner if "clean up" means removing temp files, cookies etc.. If by "clean up" the OP means removing unwanted trial programs and other stuff from a new PC with pre-installed OS then PC-decrapifier may be worth a look:

I used it on one of my machines. It helped a bit. I still had to run Norton Removal Tool like 3 times to get all the Norton left-overs off my machine after uninstalling Norton.
