how can i make a program in visual basic to change the welcome screen

ok this is wot i want to do no one will help me gone tho so many forums asking this question and they all lath at me but i like this forum posted a thread and within to minuets i had a reply so here wot i want to do


i saw a tut on here on how to change windows welcome screen text love it but wot i want to do is make a program where you can type in the text you want ill use my user name for example elfenliedtopfan5 and push apply then log off and log on and its changed it if you could help me with this would be amazing

also sorry if this is the wrong place to post this just saw software and where this is related i tort ill ask here so if in wrong place feel free to move it to the right place thanks elfenliedtopfan
