Hello and welcome to SF!
Get rid of Tune Up Utilities since they're clearly not fit for Windows 7
Those "Drivers" are temporary assigned names for parts of MSE (namely the definition updates so they change with every update!)
Did you by any chance uninstalled MSE recently? Or do you use a different Firewall than W7's build in one?

Thanks! I uninstalled TuneUp and reinstalled it, now my problem is fixed... Thanks for the reply sir. By the way, is tuneup utilities 2012 incompatible with windows 7 ultimate really?
Let me put it this way: Windows 7 is not like XP but much more well rounded and thought through. So the need for 3rd party tools like it was in the olden ways is not there anymore. Programs that mess around with W7's inner workings (no matter if it's the file structure or the registry) are doing so in "blind flight" and can not be trusted.
Glad to hear it worked for you
