Expected diagnosis of .NET framework error and USB modem error

Dear members,

I would apologize before hand as I am new to this forum and don't know the rules of effective writing. However I am facing some problems and I would be highly obliged if I am being helped.

I recently installed a software named Logon Screen Rotator by Luke Payne. It worked extremely fine and changed the logon screen everytime I logged in. However, today morning when I connected Internet to my lappy via my LG mobile, I was greeted by a blue screen. I couldn't understand the details as it went off too quickly, I just observed a statement at the bottom of the screen as Dumping physical space (or memory) whatsoever. (I am sometimes greeted by this screen and my system restarts even before I installed Logon screen rotator.)

Then when the system restarted my system simply froze at the logon screen wallpaper but it didn't display the account icons, means I could see the logon screen (not the default windows blue wallpaper but the one applied by the abovementioned software.) but couldn't login to my account. I restarted lappy several times but the same thing happened. Then I rebooted, accessed the windows startup recovery and ran it. It was going too long, so I restarted it in the middle (sorry, I lost my patience!!). On next reboot, I was greeted by the ugly blue default Windows 7 screen and could login. However, I could no longer run the above mentioned software. It showed an error message as some unhandled exception by .NET framework and a long list of some lines. I am enclosing the lines---->

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
For example:
    < jitDebugging="true" />
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.
I could no longer run this software.

So I have hopefully described the scenario. Now my questions are---
1) Why am I greeted by this bluescreen everytime I try to connect internet while my mobile (using datacable)? My mobile model is LG KP500 and connection is Uninor. How can I resolve this problem?? By the way my system also restarts.

2) What is the meaning of this .NET framework unhandled exception? I can't understand head or tail any of this s@#t??

I am sorry my description has become too long. But I think to obtain diagnosis of any disease, it would be first wise to describe its symptoms beforehand.

Thanking you in anticipation..
Memorably yours
