System tray Icons reset themselves "sometimes"

Hallo, I'm not sure if thats the right category for the system tray, but the search function couldn't help me.
So heres my Question:

About a year ago I installed Win 7 64bit after I used 32 bit for some time. But here on 64bit, since the start I have a problem with the system tray, and maybe with the registry too. "Sometimes" when I restart my pc, every icon in my system tray which I put to "show icon and notification" resets itself. So when I start up, the only things that are shown are the network settings and the volume settings. I need to activate every single programm again and put these settings in again. And I don't want "every" system tray icon to show, just the ones I switched to show. As written above, "sometimes" means there doesn't seem to be any reason to reset on a special day, not always, but mostly with about 1-2 weeks until they reset again.

When such a reset happens, the windows explorer also opens in a window, not maximized. If I start Mozilla Thunderbird and Firefox, they always tell me that they are not the standart programms anymore.
So something is resetting around in my registry I guess. But I can't figure out what and why.

There is an issue with the registry, for some registry paths, I seem to have no permission. So I tried some things:

- I tried resetting the registry permissions to default with SubInACL. With these keylines:

Code:
subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE /grant=administrators=f
subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CURRENT_USER /grant=administrators=f
subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT /grant=administrators=f
subinacl /subdirectories %SystemDrive% /grant=administrators=f

subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE /grant=system=f
subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CURRENT_USER /grant=system=f
subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT /grant=system=f
subinacl /subdirectories %SystemDrive% /grant=system=f
But not matter if I open that as .cmd file with as an admin with the console (even with extra admin account) or with the system rights via task scheduler (dont know if thats the english name). There are a lot of failed tries to reset some key permissions.

I even tried resetting the system permissions to default, but the resetting system tray, resetting default programs etc keep occuring.

I hope you can help me. Thanks in advance.

edit: When I open TeamSpeak 3 after such an complete reset, it tells me, it needs to create some registry keys. Everytime such an reset occurs. That means something, or some programm always kills / resets parts of my registry.
