Display live threads from multiple computers on one screen?

I was wondering, if anyone knows of software that would allow me to display a live feed from 4 computers onto one screen?

4 people are playing some racing game on their computers. One person has their computer linked up to a second screen, this screen displays this software. This software, is receiving a live feed from the computers of the 3 other players, as well as the computer of the person the screen is linked up to. This feed transmits the screens of all 4 players via a lan network, and displays them on this one screen. Voilla, you have an amazing way of keeping track of one another's progress, as well as an amazing view for spectators, not having to switch between screens.

However I doubt it is that simple. Does anyone know a way of doing this?
