Windows 7: Any free C++ compiler programs?

hi! is there any free C++ compiler (not the MS visual basic ones) that works perfectly well in Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit?

I don't think you can get a standalone installer just for VC++ but you can download an ISO with all the express editions here. Visual Studio 2010 Express ISO Images | Microsoft Visual Studio

I use the VC++ express myself. Also you can find a few more here:

You can install C++ express by itself - they all come that way - the issue of functionality has to be reviewed though - for example some things will fail due to imposed restrictions with the Express versions and some are subtle in that the documentation says they work but only checking support do you find out that the feature does not work.

The latest version of VS Express, 2012 unlike the 2010 version, comes with VB, C# and C++ all in one package.
