Config.MSI... access refuse from a security

I am log as the administrator of my PC. I'm trying to load Itune and I got an error message tat I'm not authorized to modify a file in C:\Config.Msi\

I did look at the security configuration and I got all the privileged for this directory

I did try to remove all the autorisations, then to re installed them, but again i got security autorisation error from the same directory

Anything I could do to resolve that?
