    Itunes downloading crash

    Hello,

Whenever I try to download ITunes, the downloader stops responding. Then my whole computer stops responding. So I shut it off. I turn it back on, and it gets stuck at "starting windows". So i shut it off again and turn it back on, then it tells me to launch a startup repair. I launch it and it restores my computer to before I installed ITunes, when it worked correctly. What do I do?

    Thanks In Advance,

    Hi -

See if cleaning IE temp folders helps -

Download the iTunes installer; save to Documents. Install from there.

Either one or both is fine - whichever is more convenient for you.

Also - how much space is free on your HDD?
    START | type diskmgmt.msc

Are you just installing an updated iTunes app - or an iTunes Library too?
