Keyboard Layout Creator 1.4 -- problem with building keyboard

Hello,
I was going to build my own keyboard, but there happens something strange. When I click „Build DLL and setup package”, for each type of processor it says to me „There was a problem buildng keyboard file. Would you like to see warning/error information?” and when I click „yes”, it says „There where no warnings or errors”. In the end no files either folders are created in the place they should appear.
The signs on the keyobard are taken from latin Polish, Serbian, Russian and Old-Slavonic alphabets. Here is the warning log which I receive while validating this keyboard:

WARNING: Caps Lock is set between ''' and '"' (VK_OEM_7, ShiftStates 'Base' and 'Shift').
I don’t think that those warnings are the problem. The important thing is that the previous version of this keyboard was being build perfectly and the difference between those two layout are just a few Russian letters added: й, щ etc.
Here is the link to the latest layout, this which isn’t being built: Ciri1.2.klc - Speedy Share - upload your files here
Please help.
