The links in the above post give good instructions. Basically:

    1. Click Start Menu
    2. Click the dialog box Search programs and files
    3. Type snipping tool
    4. Hit enter
    5. Now you can select any portion of the screen by holding down the left mouse button and dragging the cursor over a portion of the screen to create a box around that portion of the screen.
    6. Drag a box around the dll error.
    7. Save the picture in an easy to locate location, such as My Documents
    8. Open your SevenForums thread
    9. Click Post Reply at the botton of the last message on the thread.
    10. Click the paperclip button in the top center (next to the smiley face) of your Message: where you type your reply.
    11. Click Choose File and find the picture you created of the dll error.
    12. Attach by clicking the Upload button under the list of Choose File boxes.
    13. Let it finish uploading (the Uploading File(s) - Please Wait dialog will disappear when finished and a current attachments box will appear), then post your reply.
