    MSN Messenger Problem


    Someone who got it to msn messenger ports as a system icon when you have minimized it? For it is not happening for me. since neither the Open twice in any way.

    I also don't have tray icon in live messenger, but since I have it pinned anyway, this is not a problem for me and never tried to investigate the matter.

    (not sure this is a good post to send to google translate, result could be funny :))

    edit: I just read that you'll get it back if you run the messenger in vista compatibility mode

    just tested it and it works

    If I understand you correctly your saying you have two icons showing in taskbar when the program is running.

    Close Messenger and set it to vista compatibility mode and that willl reduce it to one icon. It will also show in the systray properly.

    Well, I edited it several hours before you replied, in fact I edited it like 2 minutes after first writing it

    I don't want trouble here or anything, it's just that when people do that, I feel I just wasted time trying to help
