Error 0x80092009 - Having Trouble With Certificates (Guessing)

    Hello,
I'm having a bit of an issue with Windows 7

But I'm desperate for help at this point, 2 weeks worth of googling this problem has gotten me nowhere.

Anywho, I thought this would be an alright place to post (software), and if it isn't, move my thread or delete it, or whatever you need to do.

Now to the problem... Recently I've been having trouble with my system, and I think it has something to do with certificates(that's just a guess though). The first sign was that the "punkbuster" service was not responding, so I uninstalled it (so that I could re-install it). When I tried to re-install it, it gave me an error. Something like "Couldn't Verify Service Authenticity". Well that was fine, I thought it was Punkbuster being terrible. Then later, Teamviewer started acting up, and when I opened it, it gave this error "Verification of your teamviewer version failed."

Now, I'm having trouble running games that use SecuRom, and Dirt3 and GTA IV have given the following error when I try to run them.

"SecuLauncher Failed: Failed to start application [26000] -> 0x80092009"

So I went searching for solutions to these programs individually, but I'm starting to think something has gone wrong with Win7, that's why I'm posting here. I'm willing to do whatever I need to, I really can't stand to lose over 1TB of media because of this..

Any help would be so greatly appreciated, and sorry again for just creating an account and making a tech support thread, I can imagine how annoying they get, I just have nowhere to turn now

Edit: Found a new error trying to run Killing Floor
Edit#2: More errors, one from Yahoo Messenger involving pcre.dll, not going to post a picture though, already too many

Besides the regular hard disk and memory testing, have you done a system file checking? (sfc /scannow) btw, is the date and time of the computer correct?

Health on the HDD is Ok across the board(tested with HD Tune).

Time and date are normal (6:30 - Jan 2 2012)

    Running sfc /scannow right now.

    Thank you for the help!

Edit: Ah ha! Found something with sfc!
