    Can't uninstall a program!!


    Hello, I'm trying to uninstall a program from Windows 7, however the program does not come up in my uninstall program list.

    Can someone help me please?

    If the program appears in your start menu, try right clicking the program name. Sometimes the uninstall option will be listed.

    Have a look in the "Program Files" folder for the application. You can find that by right clicking on a shortcut and selecting "Open File Location". There is sometimes an uninstaller there.

i am trying to remove microsft office from my desk top pc using add and remove in programs each time i try to do thid is says the windows installer service could not be accessed. any idea how i can remove this program?
