Windows 7 - Outlook Tasks Issue Office 07.

Hi guys. Was wondering if anyone can help me. We are currently using office 07 with an exchange 2003 back end and have a user who is having an issue with outlook tasks.

The user used to be able to go to outlook tasks and select "active tasks" and it would show him his current work that needs action. However a couple of days ago he reports that when he clicks active tasks he gets the following error "An error occurred when attempting to display this folder. Changing your folder view may correct the problem" we have done what was asked and changed the view however this does not fix the problem as he is unable to view "active tasks" at first we believed it may be due to his Windows roaming profile so we created him a new one and tested but have the same issue. We then thought maybe the office installation was bad so we did a repair but this also did not work.

I am running out of ideas and was hoping someone could help.
