Windows 7 - Scheduled DLM

I'm looking for a DLM which has the ability to schedule a download. I know that the version of Flashget that I have been using (190) is not able to do so, and I just tried FreeDownload Manager, which does have the schedule function, but for whatever reason, even though it started at the right time, it soon timed out declaring some kind of network problem. I used exactly the same URL that I do in FlashGet (which works perfectly), so I'm thinking that it is not able to download from a local port (http://127.0.0.1:8901).

Googling, I see other returns that speak of scheduling ability for other DLMs, but I'd rather not keep running into the same problem. Does anyone know of one that really will work?

EDIT: I was wrong about FlashGet not having a schedule function, it was just hiding from me. So until I test it out, this question can be put on hold.
