Add-Ons for Windows explorer for Windows 7 64 bit.

Hi, the normal file manager for windows 7 i.e., windows explorer is not much productive for me. It has missing tab function and many more functions. I don't want any alternative to windows explorer. But can you guys tell me the add ons (some native 64 bit softwares) which extent the functionality of windows explorer.

And yeah one more thing how do I customize the context menu [screenshot attached] in the windows explorer (like I want to delete or add something in the context entries). It will be easy if you provide a nice GUI utility not a tutorial which will led to play with registries entries.

But what about my first question. How can I extent the functions of windows explorer?
