Downloaded programs wont install

Hi, I recently downloaded two programs from the internet.(Reset DRM-a microsoft download, and FoxTab Music converter) After saving to desktop and double clicking to open i get the standard messages up to the accept the terms screen. Once I accept the screen goes away for the first program and it just perma runs in the background doing nothing or shows the status bar briefly which then dissapears and sits idle till cancelled. I am also dealing with an issue involving DRM on my computer in case that could be related to this problem. Please let me know any suggestions on how to fix this thanks in advance.

Try right-clicking the .exe file first and choosing Run As Administrator.
