Windows 7: partition manager that moves and resizes partitions

I'd like to know about a partition mananger that is able to move and resize my partition, so that, if I have two partitions under windows, for instance, I can resize the second partition (D so that I can allot the freespace to C:
I've seen that many of the partition manangers that I've dealt with cannot do that.
Any suggestions? Thanks

Thank you I've actually used this before, but I couldn't remember its name exactly so now, when I needed to move the second partition in order to make C:\ bigger, it downloaded some other software which didn't support moving. So that's what I was looking for

Doesnt Windows 7 manage partitions and resize them in Disk management Console ?

As far as I know, win 7 partition mananger doesn't support moving partitions. So, for instance, if you try to make D:\ smaller in order to make C:\ bigger, you can't, because when you shrink D:\ the free space is put on the right side of the partition table, not on the left - that means that you cannot allot that free space to C:\, but you can only create another partition.
