    Hi,
I wanted to download Windows Live Essentials. Although I have disabled firewall and all the antiviruses. Yet I get this message. How do I successfully download?

    Hello rin,

First off, you should only ever have a single antivirus software as multiple antiviruses will get in the way of each other and cause havook in your system. in addition, if you were to uninstall any of them, you would need to use a special uninstaller tool, usually given out for free by the same company who makes the antivirus software.

There are various security softwares that you can use in additon to an antivirus, but only ever have a single antivirus at any one time.

Now, are you able to connect to the internet without any problems? Can you restart the computer and try again?

Rintobs is downloading Live Essentials and not Security Essentials - two different products. So your comment about two antivirus products is inaccurate.
First, I would check that you can access Microsoft Download Center site ok.
Next, clear out your TEMP folders, so any existing files are not confusing the downloader.
    Then try again.

Yes, I did know what he meant. But multiple antiviruses can in fact hinder normal computer operation. Most importantly, I want to know if he can connect to the internet without any problems.

Rin, have you tried downloading Live from another web browser?

Firstly, make sure you have a working internet connection.

If you have any Windows Live Applications installed, please remove the older versions before installing this.

Run the setup again and check if it works.

If that doesn't work, try removing using Microsoft's Uninstall Cleanup Tool:

Still can't see the attachments: Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums

Quick heal is an antivirus. Choose either MSE OR QH, not both. I've not heard how well they do together. To be safe, use their respective removal tools, dependant upon which you are removing.

If they don't have one, you might try revo uninstaller free
