Hello rin,
First off, you should only ever have a single antivirus software as multiple antiviruses will get in the way of each other and cause havook in your system. in addition, if you were to uninstall any of them, you would need to use a special uninstaller tool, usually given out for free by the same company who makes the antivirus software.
There are various security softwares that you can use in additon to an antivirus, but only ever have a single antivirus at any one time.
Now, are you able to connect to the internet without any problems? Can you restart the computer and try again? | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom Built PC (In French it is called "PC de moi") OS Windows 7 Professional x64 CPU Intel Core i7-3820 CPU OC @ 3.80GHz Motherboard Gigabyte G1.Assassin2 Memory 8.00GB (2GBx4) DDR3 1866MHz Graphics Card Nvidia-Gigabyte GeForce GTX 580 1.5GB SLI-soon 680 Sound Card On board Creative SB X-Fi Monitor(s) Displays acer 24" H243H Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Microsoft Comfort Curve 2000 Mouse Tek Republic Wired Laser 3600 dpi Gaming Mouse PSU Silent Pro 1000w gold 80+ Case Azza Hurrican 2000 Cooling Liquid CPU cooler & fan Hard Drives 120GB OCZ Vertex III SSD,

Rintobs is downloading Live Essentials and not Security Essentials - two different products. So your comment about two antivirus products is inaccurate.
First, I would check that you can access Microsoft Download Center site ok.
Next, clear out your TEMP folders, so any existing files are not confusing the downloader.
Then try again. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number CCL Online OEM OS Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit CPU Intel Core 2 2.4GHz Motherboard Foxconn 946GZ7MA Memory 4GB Graphics Card ATI Radeon 4850 Sound Card Realtek HD Audio Monitor(s) Displays Prolite E2407HDS Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Microsoft Digital Media Mouse Optical Wheel Mouse Cooling Fan Hard Drives 2 x WDC 500 GB Internet Speed 14Mb/sec Other Info Internet ISP: Plusnet |

Yes, I did know what he meant. But multiple antiviruses can in fact hinder normal computer operation. Most importantly, I want to know if he can connect to the internet without any problems.
Rin, have you tried downloading Live from another web browser? | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom Built PC (In French it is called "PC de moi") OS Windows 7 Professional x64 CPU Intel Core i7-3820 CPU OC @ 3.80GHz Motherboard Gigabyte G1.Assassin2 Memory 8.00GB (2GBx4) DDR3 1866MHz Graphics Card Nvidia-Gigabyte GeForce GTX 580 1.5GB SLI-soon 680 Sound Card On board Creative SB X-Fi Monitor(s) Displays acer 24" H243H Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Microsoft Comfort Curve 2000 Mouse Tek Republic Wired Laser 3600 dpi Gaming Mouse PSU Silent Pro 1000w gold 80+ Case Azza Hurrican 2000 Cooling Liquid CPU cooler & fan Hard Drives 120GB OCZ Vertex III SSD,

Firstly, make sure you have a working internet connection.
If you have any Windows Live Applications installed, please remove the older versions before installing this.
Run the setup again and check if it works.
If that doesn't work, try removing using Microsoft's Uninstall Cleanup Tool: Windows Installer CleanUp | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Ultimate x86/Ubuntu CPU Intel Core i5 2500k at 3.3 GhZ Memory 2x4GB DDR3 1333Hz Graphics Card Ati Radeon 6770 Sound Card Speakers Monitor(s) Displays 1x 15" HD 572 Screen Resolution 1024x768 Keyboard Wired Keyboard Mouse Wired Mouse Cooling 3x Fans Hard Drives 2x500GB Internet Speed 10MB/s Other Info Netbook: Dell Inspiron Mini |

Quick heal is an antivirus. Choose either MSE OR QH, not both. I've not heard how well they do together. To be safe, use their respective removal tools, dependant upon which you are removing.
If they don't have one, you might try revo uninstaller free | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom Built PC (In French it is called "PC de moi") OS Windows 7 Professional x64 CPU Intel Core i7-3820 CPU OC @ 3.80GHz Motherboard Gigabyte G1.Assassin2 Memory 8.00GB (2GBx4) DDR3 1866MHz Graphics Card Nvidia-Gigabyte GeForce GTX 580 1.5GB SLI-soon 680 Sound Card On board Creative SB X-Fi Monitor(s) Displays acer 24" H243H Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Microsoft Comfort Curve 2000 Mouse Tek Republic Wired Laser 3600 dpi Gaming Mouse PSU Silent Pro 1000w gold 80+ Case Azza Hurrican 2000 Cooling Liquid CPU cooler & fan Hard Drives 120GB OCZ Vertex III SSD,
