List of recommended apps/software for PC maintenence?

I'm from the old school days of using only spybot s&d and ad-aware but knowing times change and all, looking to get more current and clean my PC back up in the process. In doing a little research I'm using these programs and would like some further recommendations. What do you use? What would you recommend?

    1. Spybot (better alt ?)
    2. Ad Aware ( better alternatives perhaps?)
    3. Tuneup Utilities
    4. Malware Bytes
    5. Diskeeper

    Oh I love sharing
    Defrag:
Anyways I have not heard of Diskeeper, however i just watched a Youtube video about. It seem like it constanly working which would result in constant resource usage. I use Defraggler i give it a rating of 4/5 I had betters before but i enjoy knowing which files are the problem and the easy to use.

This is a nice little tool to indentify information about the computer. I also use speccy by piriform.

HijackThis, helps for analyzing computers useful in many situations of viruses or malware. Doesn't actually fo much clean it's just an alazyser.

CCleaner, basically cleans out temporary folders that can sometimes grow up to be over GB of data. Also cleans empty registry files, it is not a registry optimizer and i would strongly suggest you stay away from Registry optimizers.

    Malwarebytes Anti Malware

    Microsoft Safety Scanner

Avast is a nice antivirus that has a boot time scanner.

SuperAntiSpyware just because i do not want my spyware program to be constantly running in the background. I can set it to not start auto.
