Attempted to find a solution to your problem, albeit was unable to find one. If you really need a dock go to Stardock and down load their free version of Objectdock. Since starting to work with win 7 (November 08) there has be no need for a dock with the new superbar. But to each their own. Objectdock is a good alternative, and it works in 7. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HP Pavilion a4302f OS Win 7 Pro x64, VM Win XP, Win7 Pro Sandbox, Kubuntu 11 CPU AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 640 @ 3.0 Gbz Memory 12GB 1066MHz DDR3 SDRAM - 2x4GB, 2x2GB Graphics Card ATI Radeon HD 4350 HD Graphics/Audio with 512MB Sound Card Realtek High Definition Audio Monitor(s) Displays 1. Since i run Windows 7 RTM x64 and use rocketdock myself, i can tell you it has nothing to do with Windows 7. Try to download and use some icons here: Get Icons - RocketDock.com
Just copy the downloaded icons into the rocketdock icon folder.
If this doesn't work, i guess you should try to reinstall rocketdock. | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 CPU AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ @2,2 GHz Motherboard Asus A8V-E SE Memory 2x1 GB Graphics Card Ati x1950 xt 512MB Sound Card Soundblaster Live! 5.1 Monitor(s) Displays LG Flatron W2252TQ Screen Resolution 1680x1050 Keyboard Cherry Mouse ROCCAT Kone USB Mouse (awesome>expensive) Hard Drives WD 360 GB extern

If this doesn't work, i guess you should try to reinstall rocketdock. I have reinstallled rocketdock twice, (cleaned reg of all trace of it) 2nd time
If I do a path to folder where progs are I don't have a problem, Its only when I use a stack docklet the icons for my programs (NOT rocketdock icons they are fine) are blank.
I have now stopped using the stack docklet just using a path to the folder instead.

If you must have a dock, and RocketDock isn't working then attempt Objectdock. I played with for a while on x64 7 without any problems. There is a free version available. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HP Pavilion a4302f OS Win 7 Pro x64, VM Win XP, Win7 Pro Sandbox, Kubuntu 11 CPU AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 640 @ 3.0 Gbz Memory 12GB 1066MHz DDR3 SDRAM - 2x4GB, 2x2GB Graphics Card ATI Radeon HD 4350 HD Graphics/Audio with 512MB Sound Card Realtek High Definition Audio Monitor(s) Displays 1. RocketDock works fine except that it loses settings for all docklets on restart. Too bad I can't use stacks and animated icons without reentering their settings everytime I restart it... | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Acer Ferrari One 200 OS Windows 7 CPU Athlon X2 L310 Memory 3GB Graphics Card ATI Radeon HD 3200 |

Although x64 operating systems are "not supported", (which only means that if it does not work the developers will not help you solve issues ), rocket dock, object dock, nexus dock and circle dock all work with x64 systems.
it would appear that the issue is with the stacks applet - there may be a contact point with the developers on the rocket dock site | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Real World Computing (Me + a little help from Acer) OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 + x86 + Windows 8 x64 CPU AMD Phenom II X6 1035T 2.6 GHz Motherboard Aspire M3400 Memory 4Gb PC10600 DDR3 1333 MHz Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce 315 512MB Sound Card OnBoard - Realtek High Definition Audio Monitor(s) Displays Philips 32" HDTV, (HDMI) + 26" TV (VGA) Screen Resolution 1920 x 1080 @60Hz + 1360 x 768 @60Hz Keyboard Microsoft Wireless 800 or Stock Acer, (depends where I sit) Mouse Microsoft Wireless 800 or Stock Acer, (depends where I sit) PSU Stock (400W) Case Acer M3400 Cooling Stock Hard Drives 500 GB Seagate ST3500418AS SATA II

YOU ONLY MUST DO THIS
If you have windows 7 any version of this OS you have to
enter C: programs files / rocketdock / rocketdock.exe
right click
security
run this program as administrator and that's all
when you restart your pc that's work perfectly [/IMG]
and that's all
I can say this, because i had the same problem and with this works perfectly
