Well, it was an image from a fresh install with updates and a few programs installed. Kari's idea, I think.

It's applying the hundred odd updates and necessary programs that puts me off a clean install.

Yup, me too. Kari's idea was to do the install, updates, drivers, and thenl your software but don't make a User account, then it's still pristine from the image.

It's a good idea. Next time I'm forced to do an install I will do that.

you might also want to try Bandicam instead of CamStudio. the file size is much smaller and seems to work much better in general :)

Anyone come across an app called ProcessKO? just seen it in a newsletter and wonderinf anyone has tried this out it yet - can't find it in here though.
