Core Temperature Program installation issues

Hello,
Just dumped my CPU Meter gadget to Windows Monitor II. Apparently I have to download another program Core Temperatures and install it. This seems to be a stand alone program, I wanted it integrated into either the CPU Meter or the newer Windows Monitor. What is the correct procedure to accomplish this. It is assumable that this will now be another running process all the time, correct? Thanks for any help!
