How to make old car diagram software compatible with Windows 7?

I've got these car diagram programs that use Flash. It runs fine on Windows XP, but doesn't even try to load on anything later than that. I've already tried compatibility mode and running as admin, but that doesn't work. What's worse: The software's discontinued. They converted everything to online format where you have to pay an arm and a leg for each use. Any suggestions?

Launch a virtual xp machine if your hardware supports it. You 32 bit or 64?

You should be able to run an xp mode machine. There are tutorials on it in the "tut" section.
