    Your welcome Jake, a call would be quicker.

    It would be up to you if you want Raxco's help in getting this straightened out, but with the SFC problem I'd just want my money back if you paid for the program, even a proration would be better than nothing.

    Your in good hands there with Greg on-board, if he isn't the best then he's right up there amongst the leaders.
    We'll both be watching if you need help with either the repair or recovery.

    Ank and gregrocker,What a day! I did a CLEAN install of Win 7 64 bit and I will never use PD again,I repeat NEVER again. Thanks for all your help!!!!!:)

    Let us know how it goes, and for best performance stick with the methods and tools in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.
