How to completely delete the deleted files

Hi guys, i just want to ask if there's any software that completely deleted the unwanted files. I'm asking this because i deleted some files from my drive D i used SHIFT + DEL. But when I used my restoration software and press the search button it is still there.

What I want is to completely delete the files even if I used restoration softwares the software should'nt be detecting it.

Thanks and sorry for my bad english :)

You want to use some sort of "file shredder". A program like this will delete your files and then overwrite the area used by the deleted files 7 or 8 times (I think). That way it will be impossible to "recover" the files :)

Sorry, I don't use them myself but have a friend who swears by them. I'm sure you will be able to find a few free ones....

Try Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com and search for "file shredder" and choose a free one? :)

    Quickly, from the link above

    Mutilate File Wiper
    Sure Delete
    Shredder
    KaKa File shredder
    File Shredder
    Absolute File Shredder
    etc etc

There were 10 in the first 2 pages and there were 18 pages from the search

Choose one and if you don't like it - try another :)

CCleaner ...will do it and cleanup your computer too
It has different levels of shredding from 1 pass to 35 passes.
    Its free and works great!
