Windows 7: I have a Probelm with running my exe file application

the software application am using installed without any problem or error message , but when i try to run the exe file for the application it gives me an error message and did not open but when I replace the installtion folder location directly to C root instead of C/programe flies, the exe file worked fine , cosidering that the same probelm does not happened to others using the same environment..... if u can help regarding that it will good
