Windows 7: trouble downloading itunes 10.6 and spyware

Hey Everybody,

My laptop is 2 weeks old and i am having trouble downloading itunes 10.6. The download appears to be successful until you try to open itunes. Windows just says itunes has stopped working. I am also having trouble installing spyware. Windows installer is telling me that the programs are not installing correctly. Please help. I am running win 7 64. I have tried downloading from internet explorer as well as mozilla.

If its only 2 weeks old, try restoring to factory defaults, this includes reverting to whatever windows was preinstalled on that computer, if problem persist, ask Acer support team, it might have a failing memory module or hard disk.
