The biggest challenge is flash player.

Not a problem on Linux as Adobe has put out a 64 bit (albeit it is alpha) version of Flash,

Adobe Labs - Downloads: Flash Player 10

One of these days they will get their collective thumbs out and get one out for Windows too.
