Does flash work ok in your browser(s)?

What do you use to read email?

Are you saying some flash attachments work, and some don't, using the same email program/website?

Microsoft MVP

In that case I would uninstall it and reinstall from the Adobe site.

I think the Adobe flash site has a video so you can test your flash install.

You can also test your flash install on Hulu...

When you think you have adobe flash installed go to Hulu and see if you can play a video.

Adobe's "about test" site will tell you which version that it detects inside a given browser. Here is the link to that test: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ but be aware the info in this thread: http://www.sevenforums.com/news/2218...scareware.html

I happen to use filehippo's website for getting the installer for IE flash and one for non-IE flash.

And what happens if you visit Adobe's "about test" website?
What version does it say you have?
