How to Change any software Title and Installation Text

Hi, could somone tell me how can i change the title of any software of the setup.exe?
i mean i want to crack the title of the software before installing and running it

example:
i want to change the program like th epicture which i have attatched.
please see the attatchment

i dont want to use rename command, i want to change the software setup infact

i want to learn it just for knowledge, i am working on software production so....

In software production you would do this while writing the app and not try to change others work.

I dont buy your reasons one bit so I'm closing this thread and you wont get any help on this subject here.
